Please refer to the 'Contact Us' section and select an appropriate comment category and add your question

If you have forgotten or lost your password, please click on the "forgotten password" button on the Log in page. From here answer the security and known information questions and click "next step" when finished.

Once your identity has been confirmed you will be able to set a new password.

• The member's pension number or national insurance number. If you cannot find either of these details, their full name and date of birth
• The date that the member passed away
• Details of a spouse, civil partner or financially dependent person who may be entitled to dependant’s benefits
• Your name and email address so that we can respond and provide further information
